Here are some download-alternatives:
A) If its urgent and you need the latest blockbuster, visit one of the private OTR-Tracker (specialized in movies or episodes) or the OTR-Tracker (most wanted Top20). Install any torrent Client. We recommend BitComet, but you can use Azureus, Bittornado or whatever.
B) Don´t forget to check one of the private operated OTR-mirrors (Direct Download) for your files.
C) If you have time and need very old OTR-Files, even those not available anymore in direct download use Emule-Download. OTR supports Edonkey-network by releasing more than 2000 files a week.

D) transfer some files from user to user with public upload services.
E) or use the night times (between 2 and 6 MEZ). Program a download manager like http://www.freedownloadmanager.org for the night and check the DL-Manager-Forum for guides.
