Bad files (not your fault, its our!)
Q: My recording is marked with "Bad File" and I can not download it. What can I do?
A: Do not post in the shoutbox: "I have badfile...". Our goal is to provide you with 0% badfiles, believe the admin!
We have statistics and warning systems for every single badfile. Sometimes (due to very unexpected high traffic or system errors), we have nevertheless 100% badfiles. This means, that our database (your website) is not informed about finished recordings. Please wait until we fixed the system, you will however receive an email, when your download is finished.
If you have a single "Bad file" within a lot of good files, please wait before deleting next 48 hours. If the file is then still unavailable, you may delete the recording. Sorry for that, sometimes (<0,1%) we have of course recording problems due to software or server crashes.
Q: My recording changed from "Ready" to "Bad File"
A: We delete your recordings every 25 days for daily news or talk show, for blockbuster mvies we have a longer storage/archive period.
emule-user: Emule-Frontend has NO badfiles. Files are ready here, even with "bad status" in Frontend
